Where We Come From

Blue Ridge Custom Designs was born in the hills of Southwest Virginia, but the real story starts long before that.

Hi. I'm Tad. I've spent nearly 35 years working in and around embroidery: running machines, training digitizers and machine operators, rescuing broken processes, and figuring out what makes a good shop great. 

Eventually, I realized something: There are a lot of embroidery shops, but not enough quiet, contract-only partners who know how to stay out of the spotlight and just get it done right.

So I've built one.

What We Specialize In

We're not trying to be everything to everyone. Here's what we do best:

• Headwear embroidery – flat or 3D puff (when you really need it)
• Polos, bags, jackets, and fleece
• Mid-sized runs: We'll run any job, but our sweet spot is between 36 and 288 pieces
• Expedited turnarounds are often available
• Working quietly under your brand
