If you have an issue with your order, we will make it right.

Substitutions: Please note that we make every effort to use the shirts we describe in our Product Pages. Occasionally, the prefered item may be unavailable due to low inventory or discontinued by the manufacturer. In those cases, we will substitue that item with another of equal or greater quality at our expense. If you receive an item other than what is listed, but you are not satified with it, let us know how you would like us handle it.
The following statement is meant to be used as a guideline, as many concerns are handled on an individual basis.
In most cases, we will allow you to decide if you would like a refund or replacement for any issue related to quality or fit.
If you have a concern with your order, please contact us within 30 days so that we may correct it.
If a return is authorized, we will provide you with a shipping address at time of decision. Please do NOT ship items back before contacting us.
Documentation will not be required unless there is a dispute regarding some detail related to your order.
Customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If we send replacement items, we will pay the shipping.
In the event of a return, credit will be issued in the form of a check.
Returned items do not need to be in original packaging.
Finally, please keep in mind that products are custom made. Returned items can not be resold to other schools or organizations. For that reason, we urge you review the layout and wording of your order before you authorize us to proceed.
